3 days, 3 emails with tools to help you feel calm, organised & a bit more like yourself again.
Created by me Jane a busy mum to help other mums like me.
Look I get it you are tired, touched-out, and trying to hold it all together for everyone.
I am a mum of 3, two teenagers and a toddler. plus a very cute cockapoo.
I run Mama Bubba part time, do accounts part time and am full time mum & wife.
Sometime it feels like I am bottom of the to do list and no one is going to give me more time I have to create the time for myself and make myself a priority.
If you are craving me time but can’t find the time or energy to actually do something for you and instead when you do actually get a bit of time to yourself just end up scrolling on your phone.
If you would like to feel a bit calmer and a bit more yourself without the mum guilt for actually doing something for yourself.
If you feel like when you have a bit of free time you 'should' be doing something more productive and doing something for yourself almost feels selfish.
I have created this to help you as much as myself because I am right in this with you too.
The Calm Toolkit includes:
1. Guided Meditation
Just 5 mins to listen to put on your headphones and put your feet up
2. Gentle Yoga Video (2-6 mins)
1 gentle 6 min and 1 relaxation about 3 mins both very chilled yoga bite size practises.
No fancy equipment so if you don't have a yoga mat a blanket will do and grab some cushions from the sofa and enough space to lie down.
3. Daily Affirmations
Affirmations for me, a bit like a brain hack and work by helping to settle my brain quickly and giving myself a positive pep talk when the overwhelm starts to take over.
A 15 min daily home weekly checklist
keep the home ticking along so you can carve out me time (or hand to someone else while you have me time this is the ideal scenario obv )
If you are anything like me, I have a tendency towards feeling overwhelmed and almost stuck when the house is a total mess I find it almost makes me freeze up and find it impossible to do anything at, work, actually clean up the mess and self care forget it!
the weight of everything else that needs doing seems to just prevent it.
But I have found over time especially when life is at its busiest that if I just tackle things in bite size tasks, 5 mins here 5 mins there the fog lifts and it almost frees my brain to do things that are for me.
If all that sounds like something that reasonates with you,
pop your name and email below and the first email will hit your inbox straight away.
